Thanks for the new patch. It's fixed a couple of things, such as an issue with Tarquin not appearing at the Graveyard, but I'm still experiencing 3 pretty annoying bugs so far.
1) My character portrait was messed up, showing me a lizard neck rather than Fane. This is now fixed in the main screen, but I'm playing with a gamepad, and the character select wheel is still showing the Lizard neck. I was able to fix this before by using the magic mirror, but that no longer works after this patch.
2) I used the magic mirror to change my points around. I had armour equipped with gear ability points added, and so I wasn't able to apply the full 10 points to base... for some reason. In any case, I found that if I changed windows, it would allow me to add in 1 extra point, so I was able to work my base points back up to 10 (otherwise I needed to unequip the armour before doing this). However, I found that doing the window switch thing ended up DELETING the ability points. Don't you have a system in place that counts how many ability points you should have at said level, and perform a check to ensure your current number matches that one? I'm 3 points down now, because I realised too late.
3) My character appears to be very forgetful. At a seemingly random period, most notable after using the magic mirror (simply entering and exiting it), my Fane forgets almost every skill he has. The number of times I've entered combat with a group, only to find that Fane doesn't know anything is absurd. It's now become an obsessive compulsion of mine to check he has memorised his skills. They're still in the skill book, but just unmemorised. I've invested lots of points into memory, so it's annoying to sudden see it read 10/22 memorised.
Beyond that, there's the obvious message popping up each time I try to play the game, telling me there's a problem with the server, but that's not affecting my play through.
I was hoping this latest patch was going to fix these issues, but I think for the time being I'm going to shelve the game for a while.
