A carry over annoyance from Div1.
I play the game with a friend online, with us both controlling one minion each. The problem is, each time we continue the game, I (the host), have to dismiss her companion, invite her into the game, then she goes to re-hire the guy.
It is just really annoying and time consuming and totally unneeded.
The host should be allowed to drag-drop any party members and attach them to another Player.
Either that, or some other tweak. Getting tired of spending time trying to hunt down dismissed minions just to rebuild our party.

Is this a henchman issue? I do the same thing, though we use 4 origin\cusorigin characters and it works just the way you want it to. If it isn't a henchman issue: have you checked the 'Party Management' button?

Sounds really like he does not know, that he can manage the party there.

You could do that in D:OS1 too, though. Would be hilarious if he played through all of D:OS1 and had this "issue", never actually checking party management.
