By now, most people agree that this patch broke more than fixed.
Instead of being posting same thing over and over again on forums, let's try and help Larian to figure out which parts of patch do work, which do not work and if it broke anything else!
For this purpose, this thread is created. Lets aggregate our knowledge in one place!

Improvements and changes

  • Improved and added several quest status updates in the Journal - unconfirmed, need clarification
  • Fixed several quests not closing properly or when expected - unconfirmed, need clarification
  • Spider legs now correctly prevent player from getting Webbed - confirmed
  • Tweaked frequency of certain automated dialogs - confirmed
  • Fleeing from combat now pops up the waypoint menu instead of moving you to nearest waypoint - unconfirmed
  • Added several improvements and hints in Arx that tie people together, and that introduce places and characters (e.g. added a thief corpse/ghost in the death-fog storage room) - unconfirmed
  • Save/load screen has been reskinned - confirmed
  • Removed camera shake from poison damage over time - confirmed
  • Smoke now blocks Attack Of Opportunity - unconfirmed
  • Lowered Persuasion difficulty in Arx - unconfirmed
  • Pressing the right mouse button now stops all characters’ movement chained to the current character - unconfirmed
  • Reskinned lobby and serverlist - confirmed
  • Improved Taunting in favour of the Taunter - unconfirmed
  • Optimised performance on certain AI actions - unconfirmed
  • Filter states on inventory are now saved - broken. not only they are not saved, but also all sorting except "type" stopped working
  • Made the surfaces created by intersection temporary, but long-lived, instead of infinite (also fixes some surface puzzles) - unconfirmed

  • Reduced survivability and base damage of Bone Widow - confirmed, sadly
  • Reduced Chicken form running distance to 6 meters - confirmed

  • Fixed Windego’s skills if you meet her in Council of Seven - unconfirmed
  • Made several changes to Captive Deep-dweller in the third round of the Arena in Reaper’s Coast - unconfirmed
  • The puzzle to get to Reimond now has a perception check on the hidden wall, and the wall supports lockpicking - unconfirmed
  • Voidwoken chicken should not be able to absorb source points - unconfirmed
  • Updated stats, skills, loot and archetype of Zaleskar - unconfirmed
  • Lobby browser now shows map names alphabetically - [color:#009900]confirmed
  • There is now a button to immediately go to the Recipe window (H by default) - confirmed,
    but wait, wasn't this present for a long time already?
  • In the rune screen, you can now see all runes in all your party members’ inventories- broken. We played duo and still couldn't see each others runes.

Fixed crash if you choose to sleep again with lizard after you put on all equipment and the thieves were already killed - unconfirmed
Fixed a Story Patching issue. This prevented certain previous storyline fixes to not be applied correctly. - unconfirmed
Fixed a blocking issue in the Hall of Echoes: not having the cloud appear after completing the third part of the ritual and talking to a God - unconfirmed
Fixed a blocking issue with characters playing dead during the Kraken combat - unconfirmed
Fixed a blocking issue when selecting the option “pick up” when talking to the Parrotplant in Arx - unconfirmed
Fixed a blocking issue when saving during Braccus’ dialogue in the endgame scene - unconfirmed

Fixed a bug where Illusionist dungeon objects could become invisible after save-load - confirmed, sadly. Note: you need to load a game in location where illusionist objects are for them to become visible again, otherwise they will still stay invisible.
Fixed Qanna fighting and talking while petrified - confirmed, but you can still pickpocket her.
When memorial dig sites are unlocked on map, difficulty check now turns to trivial so you can find them - unconfirmed

Fixed: not being able to publish campaign after user sets dependency add-on for GM - unconfirmed
Added extra osiris call CharacterResurrectAndResetXPReward() which resets the resurrected flag of the resurrected character. - unconfirmed
Fixed having to create stats twice before it would be committed - unconfirmed

1) In the editor, root templates folder organization is destroyed/now nonexistent, which is causing various editor issues.

2) The editor still does not correctly save edits made to Stats when saving via the main editor's "Save All" function. (it seems to merge changed stats with the stats before the changes; e.g., if a field had a number in it and it was erased, it would merge it and keep the number ontop of any other changes) However, I do not know if this was intended to be fixed this patch.

3) The stats for Equipment sets edited using the editor are now coded correctly and function as intended.

Just a few I've noticed that weren't above.

Did they test before deploying this patch? I feel they did not and just expected all the pushed fixes to work. )-:

Even after this patch I still can't talk/interact with Gwydian.

Can someone else confirm?

taunt is still weird

i used an incarnate to taunt migo and he still used battering ram on an ally. it's an aoe spell, technically, so i don't know if that's supposed to make any difference, but it specifically said he used it on that ally rather than the incarnate, which i don't think should be possible

Based on the description, this is BROKEN, because right now, you actually get ZERO xp in some circumstances.

I can confirm that Warping was, unfortunately, removed. Which is a shame because I almost started speedrunning this game.

However, in light of this update Nether Swap seems to have been broken and is almost impossible to actually use now; and I'm not sure if these two things are related, but I've got a hunch.

I can confirm that you can't talk to Qana while she is petrified,but you can pickpocket her for some reason.
Also when you ressurect party members in fights vs magisters (in act 2),sometimes you can't auto-attack them without having the sword turn red (vilanous action?attacking the "law") and the magisters will also call your companions idiots for not being carefull with their spells,

Me, just saved him yesterday, but none of my party member can interact with him after he reunited with his families. I directly jumped into fight in that area without talking, but has triggered talking before he runs to his family.

update: if you taunt an enemy they are still able to run directly past you and use aoe spells like whirlwind on other companions. actually not seeing the use of this ability at all

I cannot confirm this yet, but there still a related bug here.

If you equip an item which contains a skill you know (and DO meet the requirements for) but which is not memorized currently, not only do you not receive the skill from the item, but the one in your skillbook temporarily vanishes.

If it is memorized, you still get to keep it.

If an addon with story scripts are targeted for both Story and GM, if you start a game, the character will be frozen after getting out of the bed on TUT_Tutorial_A level (the ship) and you won't be able to move or cast spells.

In several fights the AI still repositions themselfes to use AoE /crowd control on your whole team. For instance, after a taunt, a knight walked away from the taunter, got hit by an attack of opportunity and then used slam on my team (including the taunter, to be fair) knocking down one of my casters.

To be honest, the statement is pretty vague, but after this particular example it felt not favourable in any way to have applied the taunt. Imho there is still no reason to slot taunt.
