I've posted before about the glitched Zaikk's Talon (doesn't work).

However, I've made some progress - since Larian isn't doing anything....

Below is a screen shot comparison from my friends ZK and my own, when it's right clicked.

One has a 'combine with' option and the other does not.

So perhaps this isn't necessarily an item glitch, but a glitch with the tooltip system itself.

Thoughts?
