Current patch, didn't start Arx until current patch.
I have completed all quests in Arx except entering Lucian's Tomb and meeting the Doctor. I already have the doctor's real name.
In my party: Avatar, Beast, Ifan, Sebille.
As I approach the doctor, he calls me Fane. Then as I reject his offer, he calls me Lohse twice.
I never even had these in my party in this playthrough!
Of interest is that both Avatar and Beast have speech bubbles active, but no option for Beast to contribute
