I am a big fan of 1-handed sword fighting and using finesse to fight instead of strength. I have managed with using a dagger, but it's not the same as being a duelist.

Instead of adding a new weapon type, my suggestion is simply to make swords scale with both strength and finesse.

Either way, loving the game. Keep up the good work devs.

Well you could make one with Warfare and Spears,but you should consider puting most of your points in Summoning because the RNG in this game will atempt to screw you over relentlesly.

Aren't there weapons that just use your highest stat? Maybe the eleven weapons use finesse?

Even if finesse doesn't boost the damage, you can use warfare and single handed and then wits to boost crit rate.

True, but I still want to be able to use the 'ambidextrous' talent, and the sucker punch is fun too.



I'll keep an eye out for such weapons.

I managed to loot some elven swords and they are no different from dwarven swords stat wise,sadly - they are just reskins.

I don't like ambidexterous talent,but I like the sucker punch skill on str builds and to pull one of I think you would need a team focused on dealing lots of physical damage (something like ranger+wayfarer+inquisitor/poly knight? with your one handed sword guy having warfare and summoning and 2 points in Huntsman for tactical retreat and bonus damage to your grenades if you insist on them)
