Civil Auras is a mod that adds skills for sharing civil ability bonuses with party members, removing some of the tedium associated with civil skills.

Mod Author Note:

I really learned a lot about Osiris while working on this project. Compared to when I started, I feel very comfortable with the syntax and figuring out how to get things done.

I did have some trouble with testing party-wide events relying on DB_IsPlayer in the editor, as I'm still unsure of how to correctly register custom characters in such a way to get them to show up in that database.

After some trial and error, I did manage to get my custom editor characters to show up as players in the scripts, but they frequently had issues when reloading the story, so I wouldn't be surprised if my way was the wrong way. I believe tagging them as Avatars was how I finally got it to work.

Great QOL mod, thanks. Not sure how I feel about you muscling in on my free Pet Pal turf though hahaha

Thanks for posting the source too, very informative to read through.

Sorry, haha. Technically mine isn't free! They're 25 gold. Though it's worth mentioning that the Pet Pal books won't show up if the whole party already knows it.

You're very welcome. I figure it's a good way to learn how things can be done, as I'm continually looking through Larian's scripts to see how they do things.
