Behavior: Skills that have their AP reduced by Elemental affinity cannot be used if you do not have enough AP to use the skill at it's normal cost.
(Skills that normally cost 2 AP and are reduced to 1 AP will cost 1 AP to use, but if you only have 1 AP remaining the skill will appear gray as if you did not have enough AP to cast it)
This behavior usually occurs if you move onto the surface and reduce the AP after you have reduced your AP below the normal cost of the skill. (If you have 2 AP and step onto a surface reducing a 3AP cost skill to 2, you will still be unable to use the skill)
