Improved Random Item Affixes Mod

I made this mod (with help of gid2525) to improve the quality of loot randomly generated in DOS2 without significantly causing disturbance to game balance.

It is mainly a quality of life mod which removes certain affixes from randomly generated items which were deemed undesirable or significantly worse than others.

Mod now prevents INT armors from having STR/FIN and vice versa
It will also prevent Huntsman/Ranged from appearing on STR armors and Warfare on INT armors.

It also fixes these attributes not appearing on gloves/boots/pants due to a base game bug.

Finally, I have fixed an issue that prevented the Memory stat from appearing on items.
