I was wondering if there is a way of having a boost in DeltaModifier.txt able to call multiple params of the same type (i.e. ArmorType) or use a NOT param in there somewhere?

Is there a workaround to have several armortypes but not others trigger certain boosts?

The reason for this is that finesse based items are either ArmorType Leather or Mail, while Strength is always Plate and Intel is always Robe.

There's also Cloth as separate for early levels but that's less of an issue and easy to ignore
