Hello everyone,my post will be mostly about plot and lore inconsistencies and there will be a few minor technical requests.

As you already know, there are huge inconsistencies in Divinity`s lore,I want to show what wrong

with it from my point of view at least.
I am really would like to see some clarification of the lore, like compendium book that you`he

written ,without or with minimum plot holes and retconning.

For example about history of Mages` War,is it was the war where Lord of Chaos and Ulthring were

taking place, or is it the same war in which chaos adept Behrilin participated, or is it the war

which decribed at DOS 1 ,or all-in-one,or this was just another conflict at all?

Another example is age of Zandalor,Divine Divinity states he is 600 years old,DOS states 1200+

years old,and many other things like that which are constantly retconning, personally I don`t

like this approach at all.

The main reason of posting this was plot of DOS 2 and place of it in Divinity timeline.
When I was told there are would be about 8 writers,I was crazy glad and expected the best plot

ever Divinity game without aforementioned things.
So Dear Larian Studios ,Dear Swen read and fix this things, it`s really and really important,to

feel continuity of the world,to feel that things you`ve done was not in vain, I mean Beyond

Divinity, Divinity 2/FOV.

Swen once you wrote splendid article about FUME system, for who doesn`t know about ,it is

philosophy about interaction such components as F-Freedom,U-Universe,M-Motivation,E-Enemies.
I have to say,you have done the great job with F,U,but you quite failed at M and E.
It is not secret that most of us want Divinity 3 ,where we can already kill Demon God,

Damian, but it appears Divinity 2 is no longer canon. So is it possible answer us about fiting

timeline ,where is DOS 2 is taking place and what about Damian is he dead or alive ,and what

happend with universe at all?
Personally I would buy Enhanced Edition(And I think it`s good reason to make it) with fixed plot and the lore put in order.

Minor requests:1)Please bring back dynamic shadows of the scenery (surround objects),it looked

really awesome in DOS 1,and please fix shadow rendering, shadows looks quite bad no matter which quality preset is set on.
2)Please add more alive dialog responses while talking NPCs not like "Salutate and ask about

whatever" but "Hello, what do you know about whatever?"

Thank you for reading this,You`re really cool guys, keep up doing good games and I hope my post

will help in that.

I think the issue with Damian will be solved in the next game and I believe they didn't choose to concentrate to much on him, because D:OS2 wouldn't stand on it's own feet otherwise (I guess they became careful after Divinity 2).

The thing about Zandalor is a good point, I didn't knew that.

As for the rest of the timeline: Yeah, it is a bit hard to differenciate what it was, but I guess, we can put The Wizard Wars and Sourcerer Wars into the Lost centuries (as you can read about here: http://divinity.wikia.com/wiki/Timeline ), but maybe they will clarify this with the next game?

Yeah, (if you hadn`t played Beyond Divinity don`t read it!!)

The first ,didn`t you know that in Beyond Divinity there is quite noticeble incosistence about demons and Damian?
Damian is actually demon in human form, and one of the of the task during the game was to reasemmble crystal which generates protective field prevented demonic invasions as stated by your soulmate deathknight, demons are
able instaheal any wounds due to absence of this crystal, but demons we encountered through the game and the deathknight weren`t healing at all(they do in fact ,at hardcore mode ,not only demons but every hostile creature, and it was much and much far away from instahealing).
And another question- why we reassembled it?It hadn`t purpose anymore in the game plot or Divinity Universe, and protagonist of BD didn`t return the crystal(directly at least) It was remain in his inventories, athough
the deathknight mentioned it as is something quite important thing which could help him to gain power for conquiring Rivellon.

The second question is,what about ghosts of Raanar in academy, are they repeteadly living their last minutes of lives or what? They recognise you as Damian, although there is no actually Damian in front of them. It`s partly explained by the deathknight that they stucked in the past time ,but it contradicts with a fact ,that they can to keep up conversation, and most of them are partly aware what is going on.
There is also big question how Supreme Elder (Leader of Ranaar) was survived after been choking by Damian all this time and how we can see him (ranaar) as lying doll on the ground not even ghost?
