1) What do you mean by "enemy starts 'mirroring' you new skills"?
Sometimes ENPCs literally "borrow" my mod spells and start using them(this happens very, very rarely), all spells are marked Not Enemy Skill, AI Flag CanNotUse, locked to GM.

My goal is to create the skills that the ENPC will not use (AP, CD, Resistances, Saving Throws etc), if i use original skill/spell name it will be used by ENPC(from my understanding).

I would be very happy to find out where I made the mistake, it would help me and probably others too.

I should add the Charm spell that I edited, works fine, ignores both armors, problem occurs with some spells (or rather my error in editing).
