-bump-
Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
some more description of my exact situation
using nvidia surround to make a desktop that is 3840 x 1080.
the game launches filling both screens with the UI centered and split in the middle.
when you add a second player and go to start a new story it switches to the split screen and works wonderfully.
after you get into the game, pressing left d-pad to force splitscreen gives each player a whole monitor.
once you get into the first combat force splitscreen disables itself and the screen is again split across both monitors.
It is impossible to play like this as its very disorienting to aim abilities and read text
a player can enter cursor mode, open an inventory screen, or move far enough away that the splitscreen re-enables itself and again the setup works fine
every time it swaps between players you can have the other player open the menu and this... works but its tedious and awful xD
what i'm hoping for is an option in the ini or commandline or in game options. to always force splitscreen, even when in combat or any other scenario that might normally disable it (could it work in cutscenes, minor)
extra fluff would be a UI offset
Ty i would like anyone else to share their stories of little annoying things in co-op
