After the fight with Isbeil she crashes through a door in the hidden rooms nearby, her dialogue ends and she immediately runs off... straight into the cloud of deathfog outside the doorway.

I have tried reloading different saves and in some she doesn't even appear, just the audio 'That sounds like the queen' and then she is not in any of the rooms.

Sadly NPCs are not very smart when death fog is involved. Running straight into death fog is standard stuff for them.

The remark "That sounds like the queen" is triggered when you're a few steps past the illusory wall. About 2 more steps and she will break down the door. You can trigger this during the fight and she will join the fight with you. Otherwise, if this happens when the fight is already over, she will just initiate dialog immediately.

The quest doesn't seem to close either way. I had here appear once, after the fight with one group, but with the other she was a no show. No kicking down the door, only the this sounds like the queen remark. I didn't check the deathfog area for her body though.

I had same issue. I found her at Kemm's House on 2nd lvl.

She was there in my game also. But still, the quest doesn't resolve. Like so many. With the latest patches they fixed a few, but not all. Not by a long chalk.
