Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Game Master GM Bug?

Not sure if this has been discussed somewhere. If so, please direct me to it. Thanks.

So, I go over preparing the campaign (Prepare Mode), put in NPC's, go over their Attributes, Combat, Civil, Talents, & Skills, then place them wherever.

But as I proceed, I check up on the NPC's I've made and check their stuff, only to see that all my changes are gone! The attributes and skills are untouched, which is good for the most part. However, it's frustrating knowing that the stuff you change are being reset all the time you load from map to map, making changing characters meaningless.

Anyone have an idea as to what is going on? And has there been any solutions to it?

The only bug I encountered that npcs that you save as a template don't memorise their given skills/spells.

I guess that's close? lol. Still don't know what to do tho.

I dunno if "up-ing" forum posts is allowed. Forgive me if it is, but I suppose this will also serve as a quick update.

I'd like to think that due to the recent patches, the bug has occurred less often and only to select characters, but it still happens. I lose NPC's Combat, Civil, & Talents here and there. I really wish I knew what was going on. Anyone have a clue yet as to what's happening and has anyone experienced this or anything similar?

Most of my NPCs seem to have lost their combat abilities and talents recently, and of course after I had build so many of them recently:(

They have kept their skills though.
