After encouraging Gareth to pursue his revenge, you can find him facing Alexander in the Elven temple of the Nameless island as always. So, if you join him and kill Alexander he rewards you and go away. Since the quest log do not close, Can you find him anywhere?
When you convince him in Act 2 to renounce vengeance he joins you in Lady Vengeance, that is why i ask.
