Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Bugs & Technical Problems Getting a PS4 controller to work via bluetooth?

I can get the PS4 controller to work fine with the game when it is wired. However I would like to run it via Bluetooth. I can find the controller fine in Windows 10 and it works inside Steam. My Divinity isn't a Steam version though and as soon as I launch the game, the light in the controller turns off and I can't use it.
Any tips on what to do?

I've had similar issues, this did the trick for me. http://www.techradar.com/how-to/gaming/how-to-use-the-ps4-dualshock-4-controller-on-a-pc-1309014 , installing the ds4windows sofware should be pretty straight forward. I hope it helps.

Yes I tried that, but Divinity then thinks it's an Xbox controller and shows the Xbox buttons to press, like A instead of X and so on, so don't think it's a working way forward.
