No straight-up resurrection skill.
However, there is a level 16 Necromancer skill called "Last Rites" which costs 3 AP and resurrects the target with full health, but kills the caster. However, if the caster is under the effect of Living on the Edge, Last Rites will only reduce them to 1 HP instead. But since that's also a 3 AP skill, it'll usually take two turns to pull that off (You'll want the remaining 1 AP anyway to drink a potion so you don't get sneezed to death.
