i am a newbie here
and i have one big problem
i cant get to mardaneus(the human council member) through the well
and i also try to pick the key inside using my telekinesis ability
still doesnt work
is there any way to open the door

there is a key in the elevs house that opens the door

It is the house just north of Mardaneus' house.
