Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - General Can't absorb source

I'm on my second play thru and have completed nearly 90% of the quests in act 1. I've been to the hall of heroes. I have the bless skill. I've been to the elven camp.

None of my characters can absorb source. I can't move past quests like gargoyle's maze which require bless.

Anyone aware of this issue? Why is this game so buggy this long after release. I had to abandon my first play thru because my log was choke full of bugged quests.

I realize you said your second playthrough, and 90% quests, but like Tech Support, I will first start with the obvious potential pitfalls, just to make sure this is an actual bug. So please do not take offense.

Are you Source-Muted? Have you had your collars removed in the Seeker camp?

You might as well asked them if they rebooted their pc.

Reboots solve issues. Besides, the second question would be "Are you running mods?" which is equally low-tier and relevant. Then again, maybe if we start with the ludicrously specific we'll just get lucky; it could happen.
