I encountered the shadow prince with Sebille in my party before I made my way to the Elven Temple and met the mother tree. I looted his heart and spent a few more hours stealing everything and exploring. I finally made it to the mother tree and got quest to kill the prince and bring the scion his heart. I think, great, I can just turn it in. Problem is the heart just disappeared from my inventory. I know I didn't eat it because that would allow me to complete the quest regardless. The scion just says that she speaks for the mother tree no matter which party member speaks to her.

I went and searched every vendor on the island and the ship in case I accidentally sold it. I checked the storage chest too to see if it was there. The heart is just...gone. Because it's gone I can't have sebille become the new nother tree or even close out the quest. I can still attack the scion and kill the tree for Sehalia but Sebille can never finish that quest and become the new tree. Its just broken because the heart just randomly went away.

I checked back some old saves and I still have the heart. I could go back there but it would mean losing about 5 hours of work. Is there any work around for this? Maybe a console command to add the heart to my inventory?

I lost the Voidwoken Fish Exchange Scroll somehow.

I even unzipped my saves using the pak-extractor thing and tried to find where it was in case I could restore back from Arx to somewhere in Driftwood and do (or not do) whatever I did before to lose it.

Couldn't find it at all.

I suppose (if it is like the last DOS) you could change a traders inventory to sell whatever you want but you'd have to know the internal name of the item (which isn't that obvious) and the name of the trader (which is beyond obscure). Considering I knew neither I started again.

this just happened to me.

millions of bugs in act 2, quests that i couldn't finish, tons of annoyances... and now this, which is huge and impacts the story a lot. now i don't feel the story as MY story anymore. wasted so much time on this game. fuck this game, i'm really pissed. why the fuck you released this piece of crap in this sorry state? it's a paid beta, that's what it is
