If I can move heavy objects with my mind then I should be able to open stone sarcophagi like ones just above Withermoores soul jar in act 1.

I mean how are full magic damage parties supposed to deal with strength checks to open "heavy" stuff eh? It's logical to assume that telekinesis should work according to its own tool tip. There's no small print to say "so long as you only expect to move chests, barrel and boxes.

Cheers

Clear Mind + Human's Encourage + Bread(?) or Potatoes(?) + Minor Strength Potion = Should open it for you. I know it's not a fix, but at least it's some kind of work around.

While we're on the topic, moving objects from high areas to low areas should take into account that you aren't actually trying to physically move it along the 2 metre drop. Frustrates me to infinity.

I've seen people getting heavy crated and smashing enemies. Its just dumb and defeated the purpose of having abilities and attributes. It needs a huge rework.

The original post was about telekinesis not effecting opening containers. It's not about combat balance. Which is actually fine, since you need a ridiculous amount of stuff to hurt mid- to late-game enemies. At least enough that it doesn't happen accidentally. Some people, including me, have a lot of fun playing and watching runs with telekinesis abuse. I really don't think it should be changed in that regard.
