I don't even know where to start.

-Many skills and basics attacks don't work, they don't hit or miss, they just use up the APs and sets the CD.

-Enemies just runs to their destination, only to reappear back at their starting point where they now starts running for real
(taking attacks of opportunities and surface effects)

So now after five tries that claimed the better parts of the last two nights, I've finally defeated the enemies, only to have two party members dead that I can't revive, I already used two resurrection scrolls in combat, that didn't do nothing besides costing money and APs.
Now the two party members can't be revived and their bugged out, dead but still has 30 HP and res. scrolls does nothing.

I've never tried something similar before, I even tried putting the graphics on lowest, but nothing changed.

I distinctly remember a problem I had in this fight, which was something like, skills couldn't go past the doorstep (the back door in your screenshot). The door bugged out; it didn't disappear when it was destroyed. It just stayed there looking good as new, but I could go through it. However, skills couldn't go past it. I was on the outside right next to the door and cast Laser Ray into the room, but it was blocked at the doorstep. When Jonathan got to the doorstep, he and my Sebille were right in front of each other but on opposite sides of the door, and I couldn't attack him at all, and couldn't teleport past him either. Basically we could go through the door (because it was destroyed), but somehow skills and vision were both blocked at the doorstep.

Now that you mention this, I *very vaguely* recall something like this, and I was like wtf when it happened, but then as the fight went on I forgot about it. Good thing is that I just had half my team walked inside and the other half stayed outside and I also never let anyone die, so nothing worse than these happened to me. The problem was just the blasted door; other than that, combat inside or outside the house was fine to me.

Long story short, I agree that there definitely is something fishy about this building.

EDIT: sorry about the dead dudes. Hope you still have a save before the fight happened so at least you could always go back to that.

I remember to have done this fight in a previous playthrough. All my characters were outside so I didn't noticed anything weird.

Yeah I got a previous savegame. Cheesing the fight, from the oil rig outside the house, right now and using the abnormally long AI turns to write this reply. Gonna have to let that Reimond guy get away (for now) and those Black Ring captives will perish as well (That's your fault Larian, their blood is on your hands!).

So cheesing the fight from afar worked nice.
I teleported a Silent Watcher right next to a bunch of oil barrels and opened the fight with a big kaboom and no dialog. Everything worked fine until a sent an incarnate into the house premise and that started the mess, but it only bugged out when doing combat inside the house.
