I am building a campaign using the editor at present. I want to employ this campaign both as an adventure module and as a GM campaign. While in the editor, alignments work normally, but once I activate the mod in GM mode none of the alignments seem to do anything, and it just boils down to ally, neutral, enemy.
The specific problem comes in for a few encounters where I have two enemy factions who should be hostile to one another, and the players. This works great in the editor play testing, but in GM mode not so much, both groups default to enemy and are aggressive to the players only but not to each other.
Any recommendations for a way to make this work in GM mode?
I am aware that the GM can just possess enemies, but that can be quite cumbersome, I am looking for a way to make the alignments work.
