This is something that seems to have happened with the latest patch. My huntsman character can not use any of his arrows on enemies. When targeting an enemy the arrow doesn't fire but it still uses up time units. It does not seem to remove the arrow at least.

For some reason arrows work fine when I target myself with them.

I am experiencing the same - at least when I use a special arrow like a knock-down arrow. When I simply shoot, it works okay, but selecting the ability causes the ability to be skipped.

Is anyone aware of a work-around?
Is there a way to undo a the patch (I am using the Steam client for automatic updates)

Same here. Doesn't waste the arrow but wastes the AP. Very annoying.
