I don't have permissions to do this one =/, if the
MediaWiki:Common.css file could please be updated to include the following code?
.noautonum .tocnumber { display: none; }
The goal of this is so wiki editors can use <div class="noautonum">__TOC__</div> to selectively suppress the auto-numbering in wiki articles table of contents.
