Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) General Too weak ?

This is the fisrt time I play the game.

I'm now off the starting village. I got to the "Elf ranger encampment". Since then, I get killed easily. A creature asked me if I wanted to go to the "Dark Forest". Whatever I choose & do, I still get killed anyway.

I am level 10.

Am I too weak for that part of the adventure ?

yes get to lv. 20

Check your automap. You should have a few flags marking places that NPC's instructed you to go. Try heading to General Alix (I think that's what her name was) and the inn where you're supposed to meet Zandalor.

And I suggest going north to Verdistis before the Dark Forest, and you surely haven't done everything on the Rivendell map, or you should be higher already
