Cat the Appraiser/ Kerm's Mansion
Fletcher Corbin Day/Lady Vengeance and Hall of Echo

i did try to donate and sell items to both characters. Cat the appraiser is a problem as it is a quest breaker. i am using Steam version 3.0.160.28 and windows 10 1709.
Loaded my save on my three different PC's in my house and same problem on them all.

Nvidia 1060 6gb and 290x crossfire on second pc and nvidia 680 sli on third pc.

All three PC's are running on 1150 socket motherboards. i7 4790k on Gigabyte Soc z97. I3 4170 ON Z97 GIGABYTE AND I3 4150 ON msi h81.

I found a workaround. The problem is with the way Larian have configured controller support for the PC. i am using an Xbox one Controller for the PC. Have to restart with Mouse and Keyboard and i can trade. Save game and restart the game with controller support enabled. please fix this Larian.
