Will the USA version have all 3 patches installed on it already????

I'd say "yes", just because of the facts that it went gold only a few days ago and that the patch 1.3 arrived so fast.

It is version 1.0

The English Version 1.32 patch is available now, on the BD website. This brings it up to the same level as the German version.
