[color:"yellow"] Clayton, I used the well known cheat on my Super Restoration potions so I now carry about 150 of them. I don't bother picking up Gold or Potions anymore because I don't need them. My hot keys are: F1 Super Restoration F2 Meteor Strike F3 Lightning F4 Freeze I basically keep my left hand on the F keys while I use the mouse with my right. I have other skills assigned to F5 through F8, but I mainly use the first four.

The first time I made it all the way through was as a female warrior. The Blade of Chaos I got had frost (2) and deathblow (3) on it. I got a great draw on the Dragon armor too, each piece had at least 4 charm slots (no reloading either) so I filled each slot with charms to get my resistances up high enough. I had a lot of good warrior skills too. Repel Damage (2), Relfect Missiles (4), Stun (4), lightening (2), Poison (3), Augment damage (4), and Sword Expertise (5). I was doing quite a bit of damage when I hit.

Just before fighting the Demon of Lies, my stats were as follows (the number in brackets indicates the values with no equipment, without Finnigan's lockpicks in my inventory). Level 53 WarriorVitality 1260 (444) Magic 574 (30) Strength 145 (111) Agility 150 (112) Intelligence 18 (10) Constitution 100 (74) Offense 124 (89) Defense 108 (78) Damage 139-178 (54-64) Armour 484 (0) Lightning Resistance 95 (25) Fire Resistance 110 (25) Poison Resistance 35 (25) Spirit Resistance 95 (25) Reputation 51Weight 4500 (3820) Before hitting the gong, I had 6 gold charms, and 29 stacks of 50k gold. My inventory at the end of the game included; - 66 gold / very large charms
59 silver / large charms 24 red / medium charms 19 blue / minor charms 1 green / weak charm - 1154 minor restoration potions
650 regular restoration potions I found / made 83 super restoration potions, but traded them for a gold charm and a couple spell books. Amazing how many potions you can collect if you buy them when selling stuff, and stick the excess in a chest somewhere. Also, I set up my home base in the council hall, to take advantage of the health/mana shrines; while they still worked I rarely used potions. - the portable bed (not used in the wastelands, rarely used before then)
- a pair of boots, gloves and a ring with Repair +1
- a pair of gloves, amulet and ring with Trader's Tongue +1 (not useful for Kroxy, but good for buying charms earlier in the game)
- a belt with Identify +1
- an amulet with Pickpocket +1, Spellshield +1 and Elemental Bold +1
- Frog, Spider, Bee(tle) and Cat Statuettes
I found the hack and slash a nice change of pace at first, though the size of the wastelands could have been cut in half. IMNSHO, the Black Ring member and Demon of Lies buildings should have been combined into levels of a dungeon, eliminating the areas between and around them. The end game was too easy. I used 3 minor restoration potions during fights, and several more to re-fill mana after using Lockpick and Repair repeatedly. I maxed Survivors Instinct after becoming the Divine One, just to use up some skill points. This was more than enough to heal my character between serious encounters. When I re-loaded the game to check my stats without any equipment, I figured 'no guts, no glory', cast Heaven's Blessing for the one and only time in the game, and re-did the fight with the Demon of Lies. It took 106 minor restoration potions and a couple minutes, but I killed him barehanded, with no armour. My equipment at the end of the game; Sword Of The Gods - found in a house in the wastelands. DeathBlow shakes the screen; had this happened more frequently, I would have had to re-load a previous save. [*]Frog, Spider, Bee(tle) and Cat Statuettes
Beetle statuette? Where's that one? I've found plenty of frog, cat, and spider statuettes (the frog one only good for the Survivor speed cheat, the cat one good for selling only, and the spider good for biting snoopy shopkeeps and robbing them blind while they panic around outside), but I've never seen a beetle statue. Does it do anything fun?
You will rue the day you opposed me! Begin your rueing! I'll just... sit over here... and watch.

Statue looks like bee and it's called the same, but transforms you in the beetle.
It's good for killing inocent people.
You get Bee(tle) statuette when you kill Talking tree in Dark forest.
Do that by standing near the tree and drag & drop Buad's tea on it.
Buad's tea is in the hidden cellar of Alchemist in Verdistis (hatch under a bed, need lockpick lvl 5).

lol! I'll have to try that with the spider statuette. Sound very practical. I tried to sneak through the orc camp to poison the well as a cat once. Appearantly orc's hate cats. It didn't end well.

I just beat the game for my first time, as a level 43 mage... Few things.. I never used charms because I didn't know what to do with them... Ended the game with a billion charms in my packet... Also, where was that dragon breastplate? I searched quite a bit in Verdistis... Talked to both rich nobles.. Did the Dante quest... Patrick gave me no quest... Did Tilgurf(or whatever his name is)'s quest as far as I could.. I alerted the guards, found the black market... But the quest didn't proceed farther.. Don't know if that had anythign to do with it...

Seems I should be paying more attention to my constitution since I am pushing more for a warrior. First time through I figured it would make things easier or at least help out in carrying alot of stuff. Way of the Warrior
Sword Expertise 5 Elven Sight 1 Augment Damage 5 Repair 2 Stun 5 Augment Defense 5 Enchant Weapon 2 Boomerang 1 Spiritual Damage 5 Reflect Missiles 1 That makes me feel better, my charater is still a little rough around the edges. At one point I was exploring more than anything else and really wasn't finding any good weapons. Not really sure which skills I wanted to work on I started dropping points in augment damage. It wasn't until later and reading some of the things people were saying, that I changed over to augment defense. Guess there is no worries for putting some points in augment damage, it's still extra damage even if it is very little, right?
