I have started another new playthrough and I have noticed that Withermoore's journal entry closes automatically after freeing his soul at FJ. Is this intended?.

And why the game DOESN'T SHOW the game versión at bottom part of the main menu? (only when loading). I don't remember the last version from the top of my head.

I have started a new playthrough and I can confirm that this is changed. There is a new journal entry called "The Source Barrier" and now Withermoore quest ends when you release his sould.
