Even though I like the game a lot, nobody will argue that skill descriptions are often either not complete or even misleading. Holding a special hotkey (i.e. Alt) while hovering over a skill could show advanced information about this skill, such as explanation of an applicable status effect or damage in percentages or even hidden bonuses (like 20% accuracy from Piece of Mind or +5 stats from Apotheosis/Exact number of stats you get from Encourage) or just some tips for skills, for example a note on Flesh Sacrifice about increasing consitution penalty and so on.
