Hello,

I get to The Vault of Braccus Rex and I hear the sound of finding a secret but the entrance doesn't show up, as in no highlighted blue entrance all I see is the original stone.

I have a similar problem, the entrance shows up but when I click on it nothing happens. There's a large part of the story in that vault, and I cannot access it. Tried reloading previous saves, even reloaded a different character and still it doesn't let me into the vault. Using version 3.0.168.526, no mods. And help would be appreciated.

There was a hotfix to address this problem (3.0.171.819). If you update the game (current version is 3.0.190.74), you should be able to enter the cave.
