After you've followed the steps provided on the online modding docs "Modding: Dialogs," what do you have to do in order to export your new dialogue into a mod?

Or is modding dialogues still not in, as I saw somebody else have this question back in September and finding out that modding dialogues was not supported yet.

Anyways, thank you in advanced for the responses and I hope to hear back soon.

Just saving that dialog in the location in your mod indicated on that page should be enough. Modding dialogs is supported nowadays according to that page's history (it used to mention that this was not yet supported, but that note was removed in October).
