After I killing samuels death knights and getting the keys I proceeded back to the last area to unlock the door with the stairs up. After clicking on the stairs the game loads all the way then crashes =(. I have the recent patch, can anyone help?
Try running the configuration program and switching the resolution to 640x480 until you get past the cut scene at the end of act 1 (pick up any loot you want to take with you, etc as you can not return).
