My Razer Naga does the same thing. After some digging, I found out that if you go into the new Razer Synapse app, not the old one, go to Chroma, and go to Apps, every game that modifies your Razer color codes can be found there. Right click them, and you can disable them. So far, the only one I have that does it is DOS2. Personally, I'm leaving it alone because I thought it was actually kind of cool that they put in the time to give my devices special little lighting whenever the game does specific things, even if the default white light is kind of lame.
