So Fane disappeared from ship after Windego uses source blast and I can't gain reputation with him on ship.

How to fix that? Reloading doesn't help.

After Windego uses her blast, as I mentioned on steam too assuming you're the same person, is in another position at another deck at that point reading through some manifest if my memory exists in this dimension.

He was there in my previous playthroughs and you're supposed to get +2 rep. You lose +2 rep if you don't talk to him there. Yes, I'm the same person.

Apparently, all these months I played bugged game. Just contacted a developer who said Fane isn't supposed to be on that stool after attack...

Sounds like you just ran into a rascal Fane going rampant, then =D
