Hello! :)

I'm trying to create a character from scratch and i can't deciede which tags to choose. The first obvious choise is a scholar but the second one i'm not so sure about. I'm thinking about either outlaw or mystic (i've read these tags have some uses), but outlaw sounds like some shady thug and mystic looks like some lunatic in terms of roleplay and immersion (but i may be wrong here). Some also point at jester but it seems a bit useless.

Anyway, can someone please suggest a good second taga? :)

It shouldn't really matter what you get. The tags mostly give you special dialogue options, that may help you getting certain people to trust you, for example the Outlaw tag will probably make it easier to persuade thieves etc. Other than that, it may also change how you interact with specific items, but they mostly just add another way to solve a quest, and quests have a lot of ways to be solved.
So just pick whatever you think would fit your character and see what the game offers you.

There is one quest which requires one character to have both Scholar and Mystic.

Scholar also opens up many dialogue options, Barbarian offers very few. Jester opens up mostly ways to annoy people.

Thanks for the information! I think i will be aiming for a scholar-outlaw combo. There is already a character with this pair of tags though - Sebille. Ah, whatever :)
