Good afternoon! I have a simple question which perhaps someone knows the answer to. It’s simply this: are there any mods that add extra quests to the vanilla game, and if not is there a technical reason?

I’m a bit mystified by this. As far as I can see from looking at tutorial videos (e.g. Windermere’s) adding a quest and assigning rewards etc. should be fairly straightforward. However, I’ve had a look on Steam workshop and there don’t seem to be any mods that extend the vanilla game in this way. I’d have thought that adding simple extra quests/storylines would be a popular thing to mod, but this doesn’t seem to be the case. Am I missing something? Is there something that makes it hard to mod quests into the game?
