This isn’t a huge problem by no means. Just would make things easier for the console players (like me), especially the ones who like setting up their hotbar in an organized fashion. Is there any way to implement something where when I push Y to bring up hotbar, I can then hover over a skill -hold RT or LT- to slide that skill to a more desirable spot?
