Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Technical Problems Lightning storm = no xp?

Is this on purpose? I notice that whenever I kill anything with lightning storm I gain no exp at all. I realized this too late after destroying alot of monsters with it.. Anyone able to confirm this? Is there a fix? Or should I just wait for it to be addressed in the next patch? Thanks.

It is certainly not on purpose, makes no sense.

I can't confirm it, I still do not have the spell, but maybe someone else could (?)

I checked this against mutants and fire elementals, and also did not get experience for kills using Lightning Storm. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

Until the (hopefully) next patch, you can use this spell to soften up opponents, to make them easier to kill by other means, but that's about it.
