No Sir Lora on GOG version

I've owned my GOG version of D:OS II since release (I was a kickstarter) and it has updated to the definitive edition, but the Sir Lora is still showing up as needing to be bought separately. Has anybody else had the same experience?

It has now replaced old update files in the offline installer section.
