My honor mode save is 100% screwed up by a bug with meat golem at Niles (the one to immediate South of the altar). Instead of trying to bash the door of his cage like his fellows, he is stuck in an infinite loop trying to open the door and stuck spamming LOCKED message.

Tried reloading from latest save point, but the game always gets stuck to the same point.

We're looking into this bug and it should be fixed in a hotpatch. I think that if you wait long enough, his turn will time out and you can continue, but that's obviously a very annoying workaround.

Just a thought could you try to kill him? Bow/Crossbow hits them in the cages as do various magic attacks.

You can always copy the save somewhere before you try.
