Repost cause I messed up the first post UBBcode.

Hello, I played the game for around 100 hour and loved it, however I think there is something that can be improved and that is managing items and equipment and so I wanted to make a suggestion regarding what could be done to improve the more tedious work you have to do in the game.
Everything shown below is just a very rough and lazy image editing from screenshots just so you can better understand what I mean.

The idea is to introduce a fullscreen menu interface designed with the more chore-ish parts of the gameplay in mind.

Inventory:
[Linked Image]

This is a very simple adaptation of the newly introduced console fullscreen inventory in a mouse and keyboard scenario, it has the same features (multiselect). The top of the screen with the white text is supposed to have big clickable buttons for this and other fullscreen menus I'll show below.
The top-left has the portrait of the character you were in control of when you opened the menu, if you right click a piece of gear and then equip it, it will be equipped to that character. Can be changed with the arrows or by clicking the small portraits over the inventories which will highlight it with some kind of visual effect (colored border or glow).

Equipment:

This is the Equipment screen. It's essentially a screen you open when you need to quickly look up and compare the currently equipped items of the whole party. You can quickly switch between this and the inventory to compare items and decide which party member needs a particular piece of gear you just looted for example.

Character:
[Linked Image]

This is the Character screen. It's supposed to be something like a character sheet where you can better visualize the build you are going for with all the stats together in one place.
You can quickly change which character you are looking at by pressing the arrows near the portrait on the top-left.

The fullscreen version of the map, the journal, the skills pretty much remain the same.
The crafting tab can either be just the 3 screens together (Recipes, combine, runes) or a completely reworked, more readable fullscreen page for crafting.

Explanation:

All this menus (Inventory, Equipment, Character) are supposed to co-exist with the smaller already existing ones.
The philosophy is that these bigger menus should be used when you need to do the more tedious operations, like reorganizing and redistributing items among the party or finding the optimal equipment, and you can sit there and spend some time planning.
While the other small old menus are to be used more "in the action", you find a single item and you want to equip/send it to another member, you find a piece of gear and you just want to briefly compare and equip, they don't occupy all the screen and so they don't break the flow of the game too much.

In this iteration the Journal, Skill and Map menus would become fullscreen but I think it wouldn't be a big deal as they more or less fall too in the "slow down and think" category and are already almost fullscreen size.

All the fullscreen menus are brought up by either a shortcut (which is different from the small menu one in the case of Inventory, Equipment, Character) or by clicking the corresponding big button on the top of the screen if you already have a fullscreen menu open (like the Map or the Journal)

You could object that adding more menus to an already menu heaving game seems like a bad idea. Well I agree but it's worth it in my opinion, let me elaborate.

These menus would:
- Make inventory management way easier.
- Provide a quick way to see everyone's equipment.
- Have a more readable view of a single character statistics.
- Consolidate all the game information (Map, Journal, Skills, Inventory, Equipment, Stats) into one place.

At the cost of:
- Having a giant fullscreen menu that has multiple tabs. Seems pretty intuitive to me.

Conclusion:
As I already said this are just concepts and are nowhere near the state to actually implement them, even as just ideas. Also even if it looks like something simple to do it might not be and still would have a cost in man hours. So this is just wishful thinking by me, I made this because I was annoyed by what I think is currently the worst aspect of the game (managing the party) and I wanted to try my hand at finding a possible solution. If someone who knows how to make mods see this and want to try... please do. I don't care about any kind of crediting or such, just want to see this systems in the game, so take what you want.

TL;DR Yo dawg, I heard you like menus so I put more menus in your menus.

You actually read this far... I commend you.
