I cannot get Marge to tell me to take Peeper to his father. She just keeps saying "Peeper? Peeper, where are you?" whether I talk to her before or after getting Peeper to follow me. I've seen other people on various forums say they have the same problem in the last 10 days or so, so I think this is a bug.

Same here, can confirm. Big Marge should have additional dialog, giving you the next destination for this quest, but it´s stuck.

As additonal information, petpal is on one of my companions, not my main character.

Edit: Switching zones or restart & reloading doesn´t solve the issue.
