Encountered the strange bug during this quest. First time i've got to the first candle i was able to inspect and snuff the candle with no problem, but after i've reloaded earlier save there is no such option, i can only inspect the candle and leave the dialogue. Reloading the save doesn't fix it for me, so i'm basically stuck.
I've tried rebooting the game all together, checked the integrity of game files, loaded even earlier save, nothing helps. What do?
