I have a few skills that are targeted but have an aoe effect, however it keeps missing nonstop and I have no idea how to make it unable to miss, any help would be appreciated.
It even misses when the enemy has a -100% dodging status and with 95% accuracy, misses way too often, it's also kinda dumb because it looks like it should never miss.
