When exiting Fort Joy, doesn't seem to matter which way you exit, boat, drawbridge, port, sewer. The XP reward given to the characters isn't the same. Character 1 and 2 get 14400, but character 3 and 4 get 12000. It happens again when you gather the companions on the ship, one or more character(s) is given less XP than the others (not sure which character and the amount of XP difference here).
