After freeing Saheila from Roost and escorting her back to the elven camp, I cannot initiate a conversation with either Saheila or Tovah, as if the two of them are stuck in a bugged conversation. This prevents me from completing that quest, getting a source point from Saheila, and from furthering Sebille's quest.
