i want to create a mod that override a status(chicken has a immuneflag chickenimmunity) so i can create a skill that clears chicken form by setting chicken to 0 duration

It should be sufficient to simply make a mod that inherits from the normal game and, in its mod-specific stats files, has the same status defined, except with the properties you want.
